Starting wage is $24.50 per hour with a planned increase to $25.50 in year two. The position requires at least 3 years in retail with prior leadership experience, and a strong focus on team development, communication, and adherence to company policies.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of progressive experience in a retail environment.
• Prior management experience preferred.
• Ability to work both independently and within a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with developing and implementing action plans to improve operating results.
• Establishes and communicates job responsibilities and performance expectations to direct reports.
• Identifies training and development opportunities to improve performance.
• Support store leadership in achieving payroll and loss budgets.
• Supervise day-to-day operations and ensure high-quality customer service.
