• Proven experience delivering sales, customer experience, and operational results.
• Prior managerial experience in retail preferred.

Responsibilities

• Attract, hire, develop, and retain top talent.
• Set and reinforce performance expectations and goals.
• Act as Manager on Duty and handle customer experience and operations.
• Partner with Sales Leadership to improve results.
• Lead floorset execution to bring product stories to life.
• Manage opening/closing, deposits, shipments, and directives.
• Provide feedback to managers and ensure payroll targets.
• Model selling behaviors and build customer connections.
• Train and motivate associates to improve selling and service.
• Adhere to safety standards and maintain store appearance.
