Job summary

Bath & Body Works in the United States is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to partner with the Store Manager in developing exceptional associates and delivering consistent, top‑notch customer experiences. You will drive growth by leading operations, coaching teammates, and modeling brand values in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will guide teams on achieving sales targets, training and motivating associates, and ensuring a safe, engaging store atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering sales, customer experience, and operational results in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in a manager role, preferable in a retail setting.
• Ability to foster a customer-focused selling culture.
• Effective communication skills and ability to adapt quickly.

Responsibilities

• Attract, hire, develop, inspire, and retain top talent.
• Set and reinforce performance expectations, results goals, and accountability with all associates.
• Lead as Manager on Duty and address customer experience, vendor relationship, or maintenance issues.
• Partner with Sales Leadership Team to support action plans and ensure execution of operations.
• Implement and sustain floorset direction to bring the product story to life.
• Meet payroll targets by ensuring appropriate sales floor coverage and selling focus.
• Lead exceptional in-store customer experiences through selling behaviors rooted in Our Values and product knowledge.
