Job summary

Bath & Body Works is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to partner with the Store Manager in developing outstanding associates and delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will lead a team, uphold brand standards, manage daily operations, and drive store growth through coaching, training, and performance feedback.

Ideal candidates have experience in retail leadership, can handle varied shifts including evenings and weekends, and are committed to creating a safe, engaging environment

Qualifications

Proven experience delivering sales, customer experience, and operational results in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to coach and develop associates to improve selling and service.
Strong communication skills and adaptability in a retail setting.

Responsibilities

Attract, hire, develop, inspire, and retain top talent.
Set clear performance expectations, goals and accountability with all associates.
Act as Manager on Duty to address customer experience, vendor relations, or maintenance issues.
Partner with Sales Leadership to support action plans that improve results.
Implement floorset direction to bring the product story to life and optimize sales.
