Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering sales, customer experience, and operational results in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in a manager role, preferable in a retail setting.
• Thrives in a customer-first based retail environment.
• Ability to foster a customer-focused selling culture.
• Effective communication skills, being open to feedback, and the ability to adapt quickly.

Responsibilities

• Attract, hire, develop, inspire, and retain top talent.
• Set and reinforce clear and concise performance expectations, goals, and accountability with all associates.
• Lead as Manager on Duty when scheduled to address customer experience or maintenance issues.
• Partner with Sales Leadership Team to support action plans and execute operations.
• Implement floorset direction to optimize the business and bring product stories to life.
• Lead opening/closing routines and payroll alignment for selling coverage.
• Provide coaching and feedback to managers and associates.
• Drive exceptional in-store experiences through product knowledge and selling behavior.
