Job summary

Catalano Management Company, LLC - Dunkin' seeks positive, experienced individuals to support daily restaurant operations alongside the Store Manager. You will engage guests, ensure brand standards, and lead a team during shifts to maintain service quality and cleanliness.

The ideal candidate brings restaurant experience, a proactive attitude, and strong communication skills to drive guest satisfaction and teamwork. This is a full-time, hourly role in a fast-paced Dunkin' environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 19 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1-3 years Fast-Casual, Restaurant Management experience or equivalent; Dunkin’ Experience (preferred).
• Desire to be a team member within a growing organization.
• Positive attitude, integrity, strong work ethic, ability to multi-task.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to provide the highest level of customer service.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs; stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Support the manager in daily operations.
• Focus on 100% Guest Satisfaction.
• Ensure all policies and procedures are followed according to brand standards, including food safety, cleanliness, promotions, and cash handling.
• Coach and train a dedicated team; provide feedback to management and crew.
• Deploy team members appropriately throughout the shift and communicate crew responsibilities.
• Perform as a member of the crew in food production, guest service, and store organization.
• Assume management duties in the Store Manager's absence.
