Catalano Management Company, LLC - Dunkin' is seeking positive, experienced individuals to join our team. Assistant Store Managers support the Store Manager in daily operations, engage with guests and employees, and assume restaurant responsibilities in the Store Manager's absence.

The role emphasizes guest satisfaction, cash handling, food safety, and staff coaching. Applicants should have a valid driver’s license, a high school diploma, and prior fast-casual or Dunkin' experience is preferred

Qualifications

• Must be 19 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1-3 years Fast-Casual, Restaurant Management experience or equivalent; Dunkin' Experience preferred.
• Desire to be a team member within a growing organization.
• Elevated integrity and strong work ethic; ability to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in daily operations.
• Focus on 100% Guest Satisfaction.
• Ensure policies and procedures are followed per franchise standards, including food safety and cash handling.
• Coach and train a dedicated team; provide feedback to management and crew.
• Deploy team members appropriately and communicate responsibilities.
• Perform as a crew member in food production, guest service, store cleanliness and organization.
• Assume management duties in the Store Manager's absence.
