• 1–3 years Fast-Casual or restaurant management experience, Dunkin' experience preferred.
• Must be 19+ with a valid driver’s license.
• High School Diploma or GED required.

Responsabilités

• Support the manager in daily operations
• Focus on 100% guest satisfaction
• Ensure all policies and procedures are followed to brand standards (food safety, cleanliness, promotions, cash handling)
• Coach and train a team; provide feedback to management and crew
• Deploy team members across the shift; communicate crew responsibilities
• Perform as a crew member in food production and guest service
• Assume restaurant management duties in the Store Manager’s absence
