Job summary

Catalano Management Company, LLC - Dunkin' is seeking positive, experienced individuals to join our team as Assistant Store Managers. These roles support the Store Manager in the daily operations of the restaurant, engage with guests and employees, and assume responsibilities in the Store Manager's absence.

You will help ensure guest satisfaction, adhere to brand standards and food safety, train and coach team members, and step in as needed during shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be 19 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Support the store manager in daily operations.
• Focus on 100% guest satisfaction.
• Ensure policies, food safety, cleanliness, promotions, and cash handling are followed.
• Coach and train team members as directed by management.
• Deploy staff across shifts and communicate responsibilities.
• Perform as a crew member in production, guest service, and store upkeep.
• Assume store management duties in the manager's absence.
