Job summary

Catalano Management Company, LLC - Dunkin’ is seeking a positive, experienced Assistant Manager to support daily operations of the restaurant in accordance with brand and franchise standards.

You will engage with guests and employees and assume responsibility in the Store Manager's absence. Prior Dunkin' experience and 1-3 years in fast-casual management are preferred. This is an hourly, full-time position with benefits.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years Fast-Casual, Restaurant Management experience; Dunkin' experience preferred.
• Must be 19+ years old; valid driver's license; high school diploma or GED.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Support the manager in daily operations
• Focus on 100% guest satisfaction
• Ensure policies, food safety, cleanliness, promotions and cash handling are followed
• Coach and train a team; provide feedback to management and crew
• Deploy team members and perform food production, guest service, cleanliness, and organization
• Assume restaurant management duties in Store Manager's absence
