You will supervise showroom service levels, assist in hiring, training, and scheduling, and ensure smooth operation during peak hours, weekends, and holidays. Bilingual abilities and automotive familiarity are advantageous.

Qualifications

• Fluency in multiple languages, especially Spanish.
• Strong customer service orientation and communication skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team to meet service standards.
• Knowledge of retail operations and merchandising best practices.
• Familiarity with automotive parts or related certifications is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the store team in delivering excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels in the retail showroom and ensure team execution of service programs.
• Coordinate staffing with the store manager for peak hours and weekends.
• Assist in hiring, interviewing, and onboarding of new team members.
• Respond to customer needs and ensure timely processing of orders and returns.
