Qualifications

• Required: Sales Specialist Training, Assistant Manager Certification and RSS Certification.
• Desired: Certified Parts Professional Certification; ASE Certification.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired).

Responsibilities

• Lead the store team in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels at the retail showroom with program execution.
• Assist the store manager in staffing, coaching, goal setting, interviewing, and training continuity.
• Ensure timely processing of buy online/ship to store, hub and store transfers, and DC add orders.
• Handle returns and exchanges efficiently and accurately.
