You will lead the team during the Store Manager’s absence, drive service programs, assist in hiring and training, and ensure compliance with policies. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply and you will be expected to maintain a welcoming, efficient store environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead the store team in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels in the showroom and execute service programs.
• Ensure staffing at the sales counter during peak hours.
• Assist in hiring, interviewing, and onboarding of team members.
• Process buy online/ship to store and transfers in a timely manner.
• Oversee returns, refunds, invoicing, and proper merchandise handling.
• Ensure schedule adherence, clocking in/out, and security procedures.
• Perform opening/closing duties and banking tasks.
• Maintain store building, signage, lighting, and delivery vehicles.
