Qualifications

• Sales Specialist Training, Assistant Manager Certification and RSS Certification are required.
• Certified Parts Professional Certification; ASE Certification are preferred.
• Fluency in multiple languages, especially Spanish, is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team to provide excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels on showroom and ensure program execution by staff.
• Assist in staffing during peak hours and in hiring processes with interviews.
• Coach and mentor team members and monitor training progress.
• Answer phones per company policy and manage order processing and transfers.
• Ensure returns, invoicing, and merchandising tasks are completed accurately.
