Qualifications

• Requires Sales Specialist Training, Assistant Manager Certification and RSS Certification.
• Desirable: Certified Parts Professional Certification; ASE Certification.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired).

Responsibilities

• Lead the store team in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels on the retail showroom and ensure team execution of service programs.
• Ensure staffing at the retail sales counter during peak hours and support coaching and training of team members.
• Assist in recruiting tasks, schedule interviews, and select qualified team members.
• Ensure telephone coverage reflects company policy and process transfers and orders efficiently.
• Communicate Zipline messages and delegate merchandising tasks as assigned.
• Perform store opening/closing duties and secure money/deposits per policy.
