Job summary
O'Reilly Automotive Stores is hiring an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in sales, customer service, store appearance and operations. You will lead the team, ensure staffing during peak hours, and coach members to meet goals.

Qualifications
- Required: Sales Specialist Training, Assistant Manager Certification and RSS Certification.
- Desired: Certified Parts Professional Certification; ASE Certification.
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired).
Responsibilities
- Lead the store team in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
- Supervise the customer service levels on the retail showroom and programs (Related sales, Hi5, Rock the Call, Never Say No, Rock the Lot).
- Assist the store manager in staffing, interviewing, and ensuring team members are trained and current on their training.
- Perform opening/closing duties, secure money/deposits, and ensure overall store security and operations.
