Job summary

O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in sales, customer service, store appearance and operations. You will lead the store team during the manager’s absence or when shifts run opposite, ensuring top customer service and smooth operations.

Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply, with Spanish language skills highly desired. You will assist in hiring, training, scheduling, and ensuring policies are followed to deliver exceptional results.

Qualifications

• Sales Specialist Training, Assistant Manager Certification, and RSS Certification are required.
• Certified Parts Professional Certification and ASE Certification are desirable.
• Fluency in multiple languages, especially Spanish, is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team members to provide excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels in the showroom and ensure adherence to programs.
• Assist the store manager in staffing during peak hours and in coaching team members.
