Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in sales, customer service, store appearance and operations. You will lead the team during shifts, help with hiring, and ensure efficient store processes while maintaining high service standards.

Fluency in multiple languages is encouraged; bilingual candidates are welcome. The role involves opening/closing duties, security, and coordinating with management to meet objectives.

Qualifications

• Sales Specialist Training, Assistant Manager Certification and RSS Certification.
• Desired: Certified Parts Professional Certification; ASE Certification.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired).

Responsibilities

• Lead the store team in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels on the showroom floor and execute service programs.
• Assist the store manager with hiring, interviews and candidate evaluation.
• Perform opening/closing duties, money handling, and security procedures.
