Qualifications
- Sales Specialist Training, Assistant Manager Certification and RSS Certification required.
- Certified Parts Professional Certification; ASE Certification desired.
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired).
Responsabilités
- Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service.
- Supervise the customer service levels on the retail showroom and related programs.
- Assist the store manager in staffing, coaching, and training.
- Ensure timely processing of buy online/ship to store, hub transfers, and DC add orders.
- Oversee opening/closing duties and security procedures.
- Maintain store appearance, equipment, and signage.
