You will support the Store Manager, supervise staff during peak hours, and participate in hiring and training to ensure a high-performing team.

The role emphasizes staffing, coaching, and adherence to company policies while maintaining a welcoming shopping environment for retail and professional customers. Bilingual abilities are encouraged.

Qualifications

• Sales Specialist Training, Assistant Manager Certification and RSS Certification
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)

Responsibilities

• Lead the store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise the customer service levels on the retail showroom and ensure staff execute sales programs.
• Work with the store manager to staff the retail counter during peak hours.
• Assist the store manager in setting team goals and coaching staff.
• Assist in recruiting and interviewing to hire qualified team members.
• Ensure calls, orders, transfers, and shipments are processed promptly and communicated to customers.
• Handle all merchandise invoicing and returns processing per policy.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, schedules, and timekeeping.
• Perform opening/closing duties and secure deposits per policy.
