Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in sales, customer service, and store operations in Warren, OH. You will lead the store team in servicing customers and managing daily operations during the Store Manager’s absence or opposing shifts.

Qualifications

• Required: Sales Specialist Training
• Required: Assistant Manager Certification and RSS Certification
• Desired: Certified Parts Professional Certification; ASE Certification
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired)

Responsibilities

• Lead the store team in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels at the retail showroom and drive program execution (Related sales, Hi5, Rock the Call, Never Say No, Rock the Lot).
• Assist store manager in staffing the retail sales counter during peak hours and lead the team to meet goals.
• Coach and mentor team members, participate in interviews, and ensure proper training is up-to-date.
