O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Lima, OH to support the Store Manager with sales, service, and store operations. You will lead the team during the Store Manager’s absence, drive customer satisfaction, and ensure staffing during peak hours.

Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply and you will assist in hiring and training processes. The role includes supervising service programs, ensuring proper invoicing, and maintaining store standards.

Qualifications

• Sales Specialist Training
• Assistant Manager Certification
• RSS Certification
• Certified Parts Professional Certification
• ASE Certification
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)

Responsabilités

• Lead the store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise the customer service levels on the retail showroom to include team member execution on customer service programs.
• Work with the store manager to ensure the retail sales counter is adequately staffed, especially during peak retail business hours.
• Assist the store manager in setting team member goals, providing feedback, coaching/mentoring team members, and ensuring training is up to date.
• Assist in the hiring process by completing recruiting tasks, scheduling and interviewing, and selecting qualified team members.
