O'Reilly Auto Parts is hiring an Assistant Store Manager to back up the Store Manager, lead the team in customer service, and ensure smooth operations across sales, inventory, and store appearance. Responsibilities include guiding team members, hiring support, coordinating shift staffing, and managing returns, transfers, and policies.

Qualifications

• Sales Specialist Training is required.
• Assistant Manager Certification is required.
• RSS Certification is required.

Responsabilités

• Lead store team to deliver outstanding customer service.
• Supervise showfloor retail customer service programs.
• Staff the sales counter during peak hours and weekends.
• Coach team members and monitor training progress.
• Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and candidate evaluation.
• Ensure all orders, returns, and transfers are processed promptly.
• Communicate Zipline messages and delegate merchandising tasks.
• Perform opening/closing duties and safeguard deposits.
