O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in sales, customer service, store appearance and operations. This role will manage the store during the manager’s absence and lead the team in servicing customers.

Qualifications

• Required: Sales Specialist Training, Assistant Manager Certification, RSS Certification.
• Desired: Certified Parts Professional Certification; ASE Certification.
• Spanish language ability is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Lead the store team in delivering excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels at the retail showroom and ensure team execution of service programs.
• Collaborate with the store manager to staff, coach, and mentor team members and support hiring efforts.
• Assist in interviewing candidates and selecting qualified team members.
• Ensure all transactions and returns are processed efficiently and per policy.
• Oversee daily store operations, opening/closing duties, and security procedures.
