Qualifications

• Experience leading a retail team and driving customer service standards.
• Ability to coach and develop store associates, especially on the floor.
• Proven track record working flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example on the sales floor with energy and ownership.
• Coach the team to deliver great service and product knowledge.
• Support sales goals by staying engaged on the floor and closing customer interactions.
• Help manage daily store operations including opening/closing and cash handling.
• Ensure store is organized, customer ready, and follows SOPs for safety and loss prevention.
