Foot Locker is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead with energy, ownership, and purpose. You will support the Store Manager, coach a diverse team, and drive sales while ensuring a premier customer experience across the store.

As a hands-on leader, you’ll manage daily operations, safety, and standards, while leveraging digital tools to enhance service. This role offers strong development opportunities and a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail experience with leadership or key holder responsibilities.
• Ability to coach, motivate, and engage a diverse team.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable, self-motivated, and willing to take ownership.
• Basic understanding of retail KPIs and operational processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead on the sales floor with energy and solutions to every customer interaction.
• Coach the team to deliver great service and product knowledge.
• Support achievement of sales goals by staying engaged on the floor and closing the loop with customers.
• Assist in daily store operations including opening/closing and cash handling.
• Provide leadership as Manager on Duty when scheduled and support hiring, onboarding, and training.
