Job summary

Foot Locker is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead with energy and ownership on the sales floor, coach a diverse team, and help drive store performance. This role supports the Store Manager, fosters great customer experiences, and ensures daily operations run smoothly.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail experience, preferably in a leadership or key holding role.
• Ability to coach, motivate, and engage a diverse team.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example on the sales floor with energy and ownership.
• Coach the team to deliver great service and hit sales goals.
• Support hiring, onboarding, and training of store associates.
• Manage daily store operations including opening/closing, cash handling, and floor coverage.
• Provide confident leadership as Manager on Duty and ensure adherence to SOPs.
