Foot Locker is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead with energy, ownership, and purpose, supporting the Store Manager in driving sales and coaching the team to deliver a top customer experience.

You will be hands-on on the floor, ensuring daily operations run smoothly, managing open/close duties, and upholding store standards while driving engagement and execution across shifts.

Formación

• 1+ years of retail experience, preferably in a leadership or key holder role.
• Ability to coach, motivate, and engage a diverse team.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Lead by example on the sales floor with energy and solutions for every customer interaction.
• Coach the team to deliver great service, share product knowledge, and excite customers.
• Support sales goals by staying engaged on the floor and helping close the loop with customers.
• Help manage daily store operations including opening/closing, cash handling, and floor coverage.
• Maintain store standards, safety, and procedures to protect customers and products.
• Provide confident leadership as Manager on Duty when scheduled and support hiring and training.
