Job summary

Foot Locker is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead with energy, ownership, and purpose. You will support the Store Manager, coach the team, and drive sales while ensuring a great customer experience on the floor.

You will manage daily store operations, uphold safety and SOPs, and leverage retail technology to assist associates and optimize store execution. This role offers growth within a dynamic sports retail environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail experience, preferably in a leadership or key holding role.
• Ability to coach, motivate, and engage a diverse team.
• Flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example on the sales floor with energy and solutions.
• Coach the team to deliver great service and product knowledge.
• Support sales goals by staying engaged on the floor and closing the loop with customers.
• Help manage daily store operations including opening/closing.
• Maintain store standards and SOPs to protect customers and products.
• Oversee Manager on Duty and assist with hiring and training.
