O'Reilly Auto Parts in Fresno, CA is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager across sales, customer service, store appearance, and operations. You will lead the store team during the Manager's absence and guide staff to provide exceptional service.

Responsibilities include staffing during peak hours, coaching team members, assisting in hiring, processing shipments and returns, and maintaining store standards. The role offers a path for growth within the organization.

Qualifications

• Required Sales Specialist Training, Assistant Manager Certification and RSS Certification are required.
• Desired: Certified Parts Professional Certification and ASE Certification.
• Spanish language fluency is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Lead the store team to deliver excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise service levels at the retail showroom and drive adoption of service programs.
• Ensure the sales counter is adequately staffed during peak hours and coordinate team scheduling.
• Assist in hiring by recruiting, interviewing, and selecting qualified candidates.
• Ensure all buy online/ship to store, hub, and store-to-store transfers are processed timely.
• Manage day-end procedures, money handling, and bank deposits.
• Delegate merchandising tasks and ensure compliance with policies.
