Job summary

Total Wine & More is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Corte Madera, CA to grow the brand through best-in-class service and a distinctive wine and beverage experience. You will report to the Store Manager, drive sales, recruit and develop a sales-focused team, and manage payroll, inventory, and merchandising while ensuring compliance.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s degree or related experience, 1–3 years in retail, and 2+ years in supervisory roles with strong POS and inventory software

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field; equivalent experience considered.
• 1–3 years of retail experience; 2+ years in a supervisory role.
• Experience leading, motivating, and developing a sales-focused team.

Responsibilities
