Job summary

O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in sales, customer service, store appearance, and store operations. The role may lead the team during the Store Manager’s absence and opposing shifts and requires guiding staff to excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Required: Sales Specialist Training, Assistant Manager Certification and RSS Certification.
• Desired: Certified Parts Professional Certification; ASE Certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead the store team in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels at the retail showroom and ensure staff executes service programs.
• Assist in staffing, goal setting, coaching, and training of team members.
• Assist in hiring processes, interviews, and candidate evaluation.
