Qualifications

• Required: Sales Specialist Training, Assistant Manager Certification and RSS Certification.

• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired).

Responsibilities

• Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels at the retail showroom including related sales programs.
• Ensure staffing during peak retail hours and coaching/mentoring team members.
• Assist in hiring by coordinating interviews and selecting qualified candidates.
• Ensure all orders, transfers, and shipments are processed timely and communicated to customers.
• Oversee returns, refunds, and merchandise invoicing procedures.
• Maintain store appearance, signage, lighting, equipment, and security.
