The role emphasizes staff coaching, hiring support, and ensuring policies and processes are followed across daily tasks. Fluency in Spanish is a plus and compensation reflects a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• Sales Specialist Training, Assistant Manager Certification and RSS Certification
• Certified Parts Professional Certification; ASE Certification
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)

Responsibilities

• Lead the store team in delivering excellent customer service for retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels in the showroom and ensure programs are followed.
• Assist the store manager with hiring, interviewing, and onboarding activities.
• Ensure proper staffing during peak hours and maintain policy-compliant phone manner.
• Oversee daily store operations, including sign-age, inventory, and security procedures.
