O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in sales, customer service, store appearance, and operations. The role requires leading the team in servicing customers and managing shifts in the absence of the Store Manager.

You will collaborate with the Store Manager on staff scheduling, training, and hiring, ensuring badge policies and store procedures are followed. Multi-language fluency is a plus and growth opportunities exist.

Formación

• Sales Specialist Training is required.
• Assistant Manager Certification is required.
• RSS Certification is required.

Responsabilidades

• Lead store team to provide excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels in the showroom and ensure proper execution of service programs.
• Assist in staffing the sales counter during peak hours and coordinate team training.
• Assist store manager with hiring tasks, interviews, and candidate evaluations.
• Ensure all store operations, including opening/closing duties and security procedures, run smoothly.
