The role emphasizes coaching, cross-training, and timely issue resolution to maintain world-class service levels. A strong background in retail or service centers with automotive exposure is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Motivate and lead associates to maximize productivity and service quality.
• Address customer complaints and warranty issues promptly and professionally.
• Oversee work orders and routing of mobile jobs, ensure proper loading and timeliness.
• Train staff on installation techniques, safety, and internal systems.
• Monitor cleanliness, inventory, and compliance with safety and regulations.
