Responsibilities

Act as Manager on Duty when Store Manager is unavailable, addressing scheduling and customer issues.
Lead and train store associates through LIDS programs, set goals, and follow up.
Enforce company policies and dress code to maintain brand standards and store security.
Oversee scheduling, staffing, and performance to ensure optimal store operation during peak times.
Drive selling strategies to meet KPIs and deliver exceptional customer service.
Maintain visual merchandising standards and inventory processes to support sales goals.
