Lids is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead store operations, drive sales, and coach a team in a fast-paced retail environment. You will act as Manager on Duty, resolve customer issues, train staff, and ensure compliance with company policies while delivering exceptional service.

Your role encompasses store merchandising, inventory control, scheduling, and teamwork to create a fun, inclusive environment that aligns with Lids standards and drives performance across the store.

Qualifications

• Ability to produce sales results while minimizing loss.
• Strong interpersonal skills and clear verbal communication.
• Ability to work unsupervised.

Responsabilités

• Act as Manager on duty for scheduling issues and customer complaints.
• Develop and monitor staff through training programs and performance follow-up.
• Recruit and train store personnel on operations and procedures.
• Lead selling strategy to meet KPIs and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Maintain store cleanliness and proper visual merchandising.
