Lids in the United States is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead daily store operations, motivate the team, and deliver exceptional customer service. The role emphasizes coaching, scheduling, and maintaining store standards, while driving sales and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.

As a cap expert, you'll oversee training, performance, inventory, and adherence to policies, participating in the store’s growth and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Act as manager on duty for scheduling issues and customer complaints.
• Lead and train store associates using LIDS training programs.
• Enforce company policies and ensure store security of assets.
• Drive selling strategy to meet KPIs and deliver exceptional service.
• Maintain store visuals, signage, and cleanliness per guidelines.
• Manage cash operations, opening/closing till, and audits.
• Prepare for inventory cycles and assist with stock counts.
• Open and close the store per SOP.
