Job summary

Lids Sports Group is looking for an Assistant Store Manager to lead daily store operations, drive sales, and coach a team of associates. You will ensure excellent customer service, proper merchandising, and adherence to company policies while maintaining a positive and inclusive work environment.

As the heart of the store, you will act as Manager on Duty when the Store Manager is away, schedule staff, and support training initiatives to uphold Lids standards and KPIs.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a retail team and delivering sales results.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to schedule staff and manage daily store operations.
• Knowledge of store policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on duty when Store Manager is absent.
• Lead and train store associates using LIDS Training Programs.
• Schedule staffing for peak periods.
• Ensure customer service standards and merchandising guidelines.
• Oversee cash handling and inventory processes.
