ALDI USA in New York State is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support day-to-day store activities, supervise a team, and drive store performance. You will help with schedules, training opportunities, and operational plans to grow the team and improve results.

You will assist in achieving payroll and loss targets while maintaining store standards and customer service excellence in a fast-paced environment.
