Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of progressive retail experience; management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with supervising day-to-day store activities and payroll planning.
• Develop operational action plans to improve store performance.
• Schedule and train team members and communicate goals clearly.
• Maintain store cleanliness, signage, inventory procedures and cash controls.
• Support interviewing, product feedback, and customer service resolution.
