Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of progressive experience in a retail environment.
• Prior management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assists with developing and implementing action plans to improve operating results.
• Establishes and communicates job responsibilities and performance expectations to direct reports.
• Identifies training and development opportunities for direct reports.
• Represents ALDI’s core values and fosters teamwork among employees.
• Monitors the community market to adjust operations and maintain competitiveness.
• Participates in interviewing store personnel and communicating key updates.
