This role requires 1–2 years of retail management, a passion for fashion, and flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays. You’ll oversee operations, training, and events to boost performance and guest loyalty.

• Own division: Visual Merchandising, Operations, HR, Service & Selling.
• Manage store operations, systems, and technology.
• Assist with recruiting, training, and development.
• Foster a collaborative working environment for associates.
• Ensure the team exceeds goals and delivers best-in-class service.
• Lead fit sessions to boost product knowledge.
• Create community engagement and loyalty events.
• Step into various sales floor roles as needed.
