J.Crew Group (JCG) in the United States is seeking an Assistant Manager to join our store leadership team. You’ll drive profitability through guest connections, brand loyalty, and strong store operations, while coaching the sales team to peak performance.

You’ll partner with the Store Director on recruiting, training, and developing associates, manage daily operations and systems, and ensure best-in-class service. Flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of retail management experience.
• Strong customer service and leadership abilities.
• Knowledge of fashion/trends and brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Support Store Director to maximize profitability and brand standards.
• Oversee assigned divisions (Visual Merchandising, Operations, HR, Selling).
• Manage store operations, systems, and technology with accountability.
• Assist with recruiting, training and development as needed.
• Foster a collaborative working environment and ensure top-tier customer service.
