Carter’s Inc. in Springfield, PA is seeking an Assistant Store Manager who will be the first face of the brand for growing families. You’ll lead a team, emphasize guest service, and help families find baby essentials and outfits.

You’ll support the Store Manager with recruiting, training, and scheduling, ensure store standards, analyze KPIs, and foster an inclusive, safe environment while delivering the Carter’s experience across channels and events.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of retail or related management experience.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds as needed.

Responsibilities

• Execute workforce management to ensure a genuine customer focus on the sales floor.
• Welcome customers with a warm greeting and assist with product styles and benefits.
• Foster a positive, safe, and inclusive environment for employees and customers.
• Analyze the business and drive KPIs with the team.
• Assist the Store Manager with recruiting, hiring, training and development.
• Plan and report tasks and financial results using company tools.
• Partner with Store Manager on merchandising standards and promotions.
• Help reduce loss through service, education, and operational controls.
