• Supervise customer service levels at the showroom and ensure team execution of service programs.
• Assist the store manager with staffing, hiring process, coaching and training.
• Perform opening/closing duties and secure deposits and building.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and effective communication of Zipline and merchandising tasks.
