Responsibilities

• Lead the store team in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels at the retail showroom and ensure team execution of service programs.
• Assist the store manager with hiring, coaching, and goal setting for team members.
• Handle phones, scheduling, and interviewing tasks, and ensure proper onboarding and training.
• Ensure transfers, shipping/receiving, invoicing, and returns are processed efficiently and accurately.
