You will lead team members, assist in hiring, supervise service programs, and ensure efficient handling of transfers, returns, and daily opening/closing duties.

Qualifications

• Sales Specialist Training, Assistant Manager Certification and RSS Certification are required.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish) is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Lead the store team in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels on the showroom floor and ensure adherence to service programs.
• Assist in staffing and scheduling to cover peak retail hours.
• Assist in hiring, interviewing, and candidate evaluation with management to select qualified team members.
• Ensure timely processing of buy online/ship to store, transfers, and DC add orders.
