Qualifications

• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish) is highly desired.
• Retail or auto parts experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the store team in delivering excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise show floor customer service initiatives and ensure adherence to programs.
• Assist Store Manager with staffing during peak hours and manage hiring processes.
• Coach and mentor team members; set and review goals and training progress.
• Answer phones according to policy and manage communications.
• Process buy online/ship to store and transfers in a timely manner; notify customers on shipment arrivals.
